The Breakthrough Agency.

Senior Technical Project Manager

About JH & working remotely at JH

JH isn’t just any digital agency—we’re pioneers in creating e-commerce experiences that captivate and convert. Our team doesn’t just conceive ideas; we turn them into reality, working with our clients from strategy to customer experience to development. We’re always striving to be the Breakthrough agency, helping our clients achieve outcomes that matter.

At JH, we’ve been living the remote life since 2016, creating an inclusive, comfortable, and engaging virtual work environment long before it became the norm. We host regular in-person catch-ups and meet as an all-team agency twice a year.

We also host Meet Magento UK, a 750-person conference that further highlights our influence and involvement in the e-commerce industry.

We’re now recruiting for a Senior Technical Project Manager to cover 12 months of maternity leave to help guide our clients onto and through their next stages of business growth.

Responsibilities

Our project managers are accountable for ensuring that each piece of work is delivered in a way that achieves three important objectives: healthy business profit, high client satisfaction, and positive team engagement. Capabilities

  • Organising a multidisciplinary team in different timezones
