WHY EMMANUEL HOUSE?
Let’s talk about city connections. Whilst our team may be spread across the map these days, Nottingham is where our story began, and we still have our head office in the town centre. Walking the streets, you notice things – some good, some not so great, and you realise that being part of a city’s story comes with responsibilities.
Emmanuel House has been quietly revolutionising how Nottingham tackles homelessness since 1976. They’re not just handing out help; they’re transforming lives through prevention, intervention, and recovery. They do it without fanfare or judgement, supporting everyone from local residents to those who’ve fallen through society’s cracks.
Here’s what caught our attention: whilst the world was going remote, Emmanuel House stayed stubbornly, brilliantly local. They’ve been right here, in our shared streets, doing the hard work. As we continue to nourish our connection to our Nottingham roots, it feels right to support the organisation that never left.
