Twice as nice: JH celebrate a double win at the 2021 Davey Awards
It seems like just a few days ago we announced we’d won a W3 Award for the second year in a row – but we’re ecstatic to announce we’re winners again: this time taking home not one, but TWO awards for two different clients at the 2021 Davey Awards!
With two very different clients – based in different countries and different sectors – these award wins showcase our ability to support our clients to reach their business goals, no matter the products or services they offer.
JH x Big Bus Tours – Silver Winners in Tourism Websites
Businesses in the tourism industry have had a bit of a rough ride over the last year or two – and as the largest global provider of open-top sightseeing tours, Big Bus Tours definitely saw a dip in demand thanks to lockdowns! However, the team took the opportunity to look ahead, and use their time to figure out how they could make their customer journeys better – both online and offline – when they were able to welcome them back.
Joining JH as a new client earlier in 2021, we’ve already supported them with building out their future roadmap, and launched several smaller projects with them – including building the foundations for future projects, stepping up their automation and implementing a feature they’d wanted to add to their site for several years.
We’re looking forward to working on many more exciting projects with Big Bus Tours over the coming months and years, and are especially proud to have our work with them recognised with a 2021 Davey Award. May there be many more award wins to follow!
JH x Woodie’s – Silver Winners in Construction Websites
As the biggest DIY retail chain in Ireland, Woodie’s saw a surge in demand during the last 18 months – few other stores were able to remain open during lockdown, and with consumers wanting to improve their surroundings, they were able to help many more customers spruce up their homes and gardens.
To take the next step though, Woodie’s knew they needed to improve their online experience – and they chose to work with us to do just that. Earlier this year, we launched Woodie’s brand new PWA site to great success, and the business is already seeing fantastic results off the back of their improved online experience.
As well as helping them achieve (and surpass) their business goals, we’re really proud that all the hard work – from both the JH and Woodie’s teams – that has gone into their new eCommerce site is being recognised with a 2021 Davey Award.
