Founded by Nicola Elliot, a jet setting journalist who retrained as an aromatherapist, NEOM home fragrances exist to help people feel good.
Just as they give their customers simple steps to help them feel their best every day, we created a roadmap of careful technical tuning to scale their site and create a delightful mobile experience. This meticulous attention to detail paid off with mobile sales more than doubling to +105%; with online sales growing by 35% overall.

A healthy balance: online and offline
NEOM had built a distinctive brand, showcased in 42 stores nationwide. Their offline game was strong. Their growth targets were ambitious. All they needed was an online presence that did them justice.
They wanted to use Magento to scale with flexibility and to connect their in-store and online experiences.
To the ordinary eye, NEOM’s site looked impressive. But we could see what was missing. Our strategy was to focus on those tiny improvements that would make a phenomenal impact:
- Create a sleek, fast user experience without sacrificing touches such as the watercolour flourishes on every page
- Work closely with the team to bring the USP of 100% natural and organic ingredients front and centre. Showcase each product set with rich content.
- Focus on technical upgrades that customers would love, offering taster kits, free gifts and referral offers

Our strategy of incremental upgrades and careful tuning resulted in faster page speeds and responsive, delightful experiences customers loved.
Following the upgrades, mobile sales more than doubled to +105%.
NEOM also enjoyed their biggest Black Friday ever, with over three times the previous season’s revenue.
Overall, online sales grew by 35% to reach £18m and they attracted multimillion-pound investment from Piper Equity Investment.
